The Old Hall, IP6 8LX

Uploader's Comments

The Old Hall, stands in approximately seven acres near the river Gipping. It was previously named Gooserye Farm. Sally and Maninder Sohi purchased this medieval hall from the Irvine Family in 1995 and continue to live there today (2021). The Irvines had themselves purchased it in 1978 and in 1981, sold off the complex of outbuildings including the listed dovecote (TM0912955256) plus approximately 40 acres of land which became Alder Carr Farm.
