Wall monument to William Basil Percy (Feilding), 7th Earl of Denbigh d.25th Jun 1865 and his wife Mary Elizabeth Kitty d. 16th Dec 1842. Epitaph They walked with God and he took them/ Blessing and loving they passed out of sight/ But live for ever in our hearts/ We know that we have passed from death unto life because we love the brethren. The Arms on the left (dexter) are, on an Austrian eagle displayed sable, quarterly 1 and 3 argent on a fesse azure three lozenges or (Feilding), 2 and 3 a lion rampant gules. Her Arms, on the other side are, Fielding impaled with quarterly, 1 and 4 a chevron between three castles of 3 turrets, 2 and 3 two lions passant. (Photo Sept 2013)
