Built of brick on a coursed stone plinth, 1819. Glazing bar sash windows with gauged brick lintels. Decorative brick bands. East entrance with 4 semicircular steps. Round arched doorway with plain fanlight. Used as lawyers rooms -Minster Chambers-. (Photo Jul 2008).
