Stained glass window, chancel. Jesus Healing. -Puella tibi digo surge- Young woman I say to you, Arise. The text is a Latin vesion of Mark 5.41 -And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise-. The use of latin is a reference to doctors language, which we might consider pompous nowadays. (Photo Apr 2008).
