Farmhouse. C17, C18 alterations. Render, shallow pitch West Somerset slate roof,
overhanging eaves with soffit, moulded cornice, stone stacks, one to left and
one over entry inscribed 1760 W.S. Lobby entry plan. 2 storeys, 4 bays, 3 light
casements, gabled porch in outer left bay, lobby entry to right of centre with
glazed door and flat canopy with scroll brackets. Service wing to right, 2
storeys slightly lower, brick stack to right, irregularly placed C20 casements.
Interior: stud and panel partition between the 2 blocks with 3 pairs of jointed
crucks in right-hand half. Report by R. Hall, Venaculer History Group, December
1972 (unpublished) County Record office.
