House of c1800. Red brick and Swithland slate roof. Brick coped shouldered gables with kneelers. Rubble stone and brick plinth, 2 brick bands and brick dentilled eaves. Extension with brick band on gable side. Further extension onto this (now 45A). (Photo Mar 2013).
