Cottage. Late C16 altered C20. Timber frame with painted brick infill,
thatched hip roof with thatch swept down at rear to low eaves level.
Rectangular plan of 4 framed bays with outshut at rear. 2 storeys.
Chimney on ridge to right of centre. C20 2 and 3-light leaded casements,
scattered within frame. Entrance front:- 3 bays. 4-panelled entrance
door under tiled gabled base porch to left of centre. The cottage was at
one time known as Angel Inn.
