A Grade II Listed Building in Burton on the Wolds, Leicestershire

Drinking Fountain, Burton On The Wolds

Uploader's Comments

Fountain, probably mid C19. Tooled ashlar, terminating in slightly moulded pilasters, and topped by a cornice. Adjoining these pilasters are 2 small roughly shaped stones, hitching posts perhaps. On the wall behind the right hand post is a clear bench mark. (Photo May 2008).
