Former Rectory, now subdivided into two dwellings. Mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble with quoins and stone dressings, Collyweston slate roof with stone coped, corbelled out, gables and moulded stone chimney stacks, one of 5 linked flues. Boyton House, to left, of 4 bays of sash windows and a 3-light stone mullion window above in the gable. The Old Rectory, to right, has the gable with a 3-light stone mullion- and- transom staircase window. Doorway with corbelled and fringed arch with over-light is in a one storey projecting extension. The gable windows have relief camber or arch stone heads. (Photo Apr 2008).
