C18. Hammer dressed stone, mainly roughcast. Pitched slate roof. Coped gable
ends. 2 storeys and attics. Irregularly placed sash windows with glazing
bars. Hipped dormer back and front. 1 storey modern extensions east and west.
It formerly had a stone mullioned window in east gable end.

No 11, The Fountain, Messrs Norman Goods Warehouse, No 13 (Clarence House), the
Methodist Church, the Bridport Arms Hotel, Ship Cottage, Gull House, The Dinghy
and Pier Terrace form a group.
