1834 circa. Villa. North east facing front of 3 storeys, 3 window bays. Slate
hipped roof, colourwashed front. Bracket eaves cornice. 2 2nd floor windows
4 panes wide in reveals, blind window at left hand end. On first floor, 3 C19 French
casements; rectangular lights with rectangular tracery over; contemporary balcony. On
ground floor, modern vehicular entry in centre and a sash window 4 panes wide in reveals
at either end. Main entrance in north-west front in Hill Road.

Kent House, Woodville, Springfield and the Mariner's Hotel form a group.
