with central panel. Second floor windows in moulded architrave surrounds
with sills. First floor windows round-headed, with moulded cornice above
the heads which is continued between the windows at the spring of the
arches, giving the effect of pilasters. Glazing bars intact on first
and second floors. Iron balconettes flanked by stuccoed piers on the
first floor. On the ground floor there were originally two round-headed
doorways with pilasters, semi-circular fanlights and keystones flanking
the front, the left doorway leading to a passage through the building.

The ground floor has now been entirely modernised but the cornice survives.
