Circa 1840 to 50. Four storeys faced in stone rubble coursed in imitation
of bricks. Rendered rusticated quoins. Plain rendered frieze and heavily
moulded main cornice, parapet with three panels of turned balusters. Plain
frieze and dentil cornice to second floor. First floor plin. Three
windows, recessed, sash, tripartite to West, later glazing bars, plain
rendered surrounds, row of dentils below window heads, block sills, with
consoles on second floor. Tall first floor windows with pediments on
consoles. Ground floor entirely modernised.

No 1 & Nos 3 to 14 (consec) form a group.
