Farmhouse. Probably early C19. Local stone rubble with Cary stone ashlar dressing; Welsh slate roof over base course of
stone slates with plain gables; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. Double roof plan. 2 storeys, 4 bays. 12-pane
sash windows in plain surrounds; plain boarded door to bay 3 in plain ashlar surround, with flat stone hood on simple
stone bracket. Interior not seen.
