This photo was on a postcard with the church service times over Christmas 2022. It is a beautiful church with cloister to the Presbytery. The church was originally in another part of Woolton, called St Benets Church. The present church, St Mary's, was built 1860 and served then by Benedictine Priests now by Redemptorist Priests.
May I , as a parishioner, ask clarification on a certain issue :- As it is all Grade 2 listed is it lawful to take some existing pews out and replace with chairs? It is upsetting some parishioners as they feel it alters the churches existing beauty.
