Photographed 29 March 2022. Quite a contrast to the Listing Report; the owner kindly took the time to inform me that the property was derelict when he bought it some 50 years ago. It has been reroofed. The front elevation was in danger of collapse and the present frontage was revealed when the render was torn away. The owner has found evidence in the bedrooms indicating the property may be 100 years older than even the facade suggests.
