HARLINGTON

TL 03SW GOSWELL END ROAD

House, at one stage divided into 2 cottages. Cl7, reworked C19. Substantial
timber frame encased in colourwashed brick. Clay tile roof. One storey and
attics. 4-room plan, the RH room apparently a C19 addition. Ground floor has
2 2-light, one single light, and 2 3-light casement windows. Attic has 4
hipped dormers with 2-light casements. Most windows have glazing bars. C20
gabled porch. Red brick double ridge stack serving back-to-back hearth. C19
single-storeyed outbuilding adjoins at LH gable end.
