Rosella Place

A Grade II Listed Building in Preston, North Tyneside

rear of house before renovation

Uploader's Comments

This picture shows the offshoot which was in a terrible state and in fear of collapse before the restoration. We were granted permission to turn the ground floor window into an opening onto the garden. We also reduced the height of the extension on the right to create a balcony and in doing so letting more light into the living room with the round window
