House of early C18. Built of ashlar blocks with plinth, rusticated quoins, sill bands and parapet. Collyweston slate roof with moulded stone chimney stacks having linked triple flues. Sash windows with keyed architraves. Central 4- panelled door with overlight and Gibbs surround up two stone steps. Three flat-roofed dormer windows and skylight. Miniature garden wall with spiked, wrought iron, palings. (Photo Jun 2014).
