History

Mid C16, probably originally the wing of an L-plan house since demolished.

Exterior

Two storeys with attic. Square panel timber framing with corner braces from corner post to wall plate. Rubble south wall. Large projecting rubble stack to west with brick upper. Slate roof. Modern doors and windows. RCAHM (Wales) files record original depressed arch doorheads and painted ceiling beams. Interior not accessible.

Reasons for Listing

House of ancient character occupying a key location in the village centre below the church.
