Inscription on side of tomb relating to their children......
'Also in sacred remembrance of Gilbert Llewellyn (Bertie) son of the aforesaid Edward Thomas (by Catherine his wife) who departed this life on 5th day of June 1894, in the 4th year of his age.
Also Edgar Hamilton, their youngest son who died of fever on active service June 12th 1916 at Sheikh Saad, Mesopotamia age 24 yrs and was buried at Sheikh Saad Cemetery'
