Early-mid C19 2-storey, 3-window little villa attached to No 100. Stock brick.
Fairly low-pitched slated roof with end chimneys. First floor cill band. Gauged
flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars (vertical only on ground floor
and in windows in round-arched recesses . Door of 3 ornamental panels with cornice
head and plain fanlight in round-arched recess with impost blocks to match window
recesses.
