Townhouse. Late C18. Grey brick plinth; grey brick in header bond with red brick
dressings; slate roof; brick end stacks. 2-storey, 3-window range. 2-panel door
to left with fanlight and painted stone Doric columns surround supporting
cornice. Plank door to passageway to right with fanlight and cambered brick
head. Tripartite unhorned sash with glazing bars to centre, with brick flat
arches and wrought-iron railings to base. Three 12-pane unhorned sashes to first
floor with brick flat arches. Bracketed eaves. Interior: straight-flight
staircase with winders; late C18 marble fireplaces to ground and first floor;
moulded plaster cornices to ground and first floor front rooms.
