walls to Lockeridge House
GV II
Gate piers, gates and flank walls to front of Lockeridge House.
C18. Piers of stone with brick panels. Iron gates. Piers have
tall upper bolection moulded panel, and short dado panel, wide
moulded cornice, and bulbous pineapple finials. Brick of panels
finely gauged with white putty joints. Cast iron gates have fleur
terminals to stanchions, a centre rail and low arrow-topped dog
rails. Brick flank walls in random bond, with thin moulded stone
copings, swept down on left to front garden wall.
