Detached house. Early C19, Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two
storeys, 4 bays. Sash windows in plain openings, 20-pane to outer bays and 16-pane to inner; to lower bay 2 a
6-panelled door with toplights set in deep recess framed by architrave with hoodmould over, approached by 9 steps
between ashlar sidewalls with moulded copings. Interior not seen.
