Cottage. Probably C18, altered. Whitewashed uncoursed rubble, slate roof.
Double-depth plan. Two storeys and 2 bays, almost symmetrical; central
doorway with plain surround, a low 8-pane window to the left with a C17
moulded lintel (presumably re-used or ex situ), a 16-pane sashed window
to the right, and 2 square 12-pane sashes above (4 panes in the upper leaf
and 8 in the lower); chimney at right-hand gable. Rear and interior not
inspected. Included for group value with Trevithick's Cottage opposite
(q.v.).
